Richard Culatta, CEO of ASCD/ISTE, is an internationally recognized innovator and learning designer focused on supporting education changemakers to create equitable and engaging learning experiences for students around the world. In this 45-minute thought leader session, he discusses the role computation thinking can play in classrooms and how administrators and teachers can encourage innovation. - Ruthe Farmer, founder and CEO of the Last Mile Education Fund, gives a series of six short talks to the STEM-CS CoP on a number of talks related to STEM and Computer Science in Education. Ruthe previously served as chief evangelist at CSforAll, was senior policy advisor for tech inclusion in the Obama White House, and Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at the National Center for Women in IT.
