EIR grantee evaluators are encouraged to pre-register their evaluation plans with the Registry of Efficacy and Effectiveness Studies (REES) and regularly update these plans to reflect any changes to the evaluation design. This helps build an evidence base that is transparent in the service of improving student achievement.
