Tom DeWire hosts this 3-part series on scaling & sustainability, with each session highlighting a critical component of successful scaling strategies and sustainability approaches. These sessions will be helpful to all levels of grantees, especially those in early and mid-phase grants.

Watch Tom DeWire and experienced EIR grantees in conversation about how to apply and leverage your EIR grant to get to the next level of EIR funding and implementation. This session features lessons from the recently-released “Got Results? Moving Up EIR Funding Tiers Lessons From Current Grantees” white paper and grantees who contributed to that paper.

Tom DeWire will explore approaches to balancing fit and fidelity within the context of EIR grant work. He will also discuss how fit and fidelity connect to and influence each other and a project’s external evaluation.
